An Absolute Hidden Gem – Incredible Experience from Start to Finish I can’t say enough good things about our visit to Fuji Sushi Bar. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and welcoming—small and quiet in the best way, making it feel like a true neighborhood gem. The service was genuinely above and beyond. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. Even though the setup allows guests to grab their own drinks, before I even had the chance, he kindly offered and brought ours right to the table. It’s a small gesture, but one that really stuck with me—he clearly cared about making us feel comfortable and taken care of. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. The chef did a tremendous job. I had a poke bowl that was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My daughter ordered two sushi rolls, both of which were beautifully prepared and delicious. We each had a drink, enjoyed mochi for dessert, and even grabbed some egg rolls to go—all for just €20 per person. That kind of quality at that price point is almost unheard of. Fuji Sushi Bar delivered everything: warm hospitality, outstanding food, and an unbeatable value. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in. We’ll absolutely be back!

We ate there at the beginning of our trip in japan, 2 weeks later and we still havent tested better sushi than at this place ! The cook and the waitress were really nice with us and the sushis were amazing ! This place is a MUST in your trip !
